Before the Day Comes: A Planning Workbook for Your Families
A 14-page workbook families can fill in during the quieter days: photos, family names, favorite songs and scripture, wishes for the service, and the details the funeral home will ask for. When the time comes, the hardest pieces are already gathered. For privacy, it never asks for Social Security or account numbers.

Honoring the Veterans in Your Care
Many of the patients you serve are Veterans. Our free Honor and Comfort veteran care set above gives your team and families what they need, from the first visit to the funeral director. If your agency is a member of the National Alliance for Care at Home, its We Honor Veterans program offers recognition (now Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels), office hours, and mentorship; its public education materials are free for everyone. Our set is designed to complement it, but we are not affiliated with the program.
Talking With Patients About Their Wishes
Some patients find real peace in choosing a hymn, a reading, or the photo they’d like used. The My Funeral Wishes worksheet can give that conversation a gentle place to start, and it can be filled in a little at a time, with or without family present. Our guide Planning Your Own Funeral walks through each section in plain, warm language.
When Families Need Help With the Program
The funeral program is one of the few things families get to shape themselves, and it becomes a keepsake. We can help in two ways:

- Done For You: families send us their photos and details, and we build the whole program for them, including themed designs that reflect the life their loved one lived.
Patients can even choose their program ahead of time, so their family has one less decision to make.
