Refund policy

Here's the updated policy with just that section softened — everything else unchanged:

NOTED AND CHARMED — REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final
Because all Noted and Charmed products are digital Canva templates delivered by email, all sales are final. Once a template has been downloaded or accessed through a Canva link, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Please review all product descriptions, previews, and details carefully before purchasing.

License, Not Ownership
When you purchase a Noted and Charmed template, you are purchasing a single-use license to access and personalize the template for one memorial service. You are not purchasing ownership of the template, its design, or any of its elements.

Your license includes:

  • One-time access to the Canva template link
  • The right to edit and print the template for a single memorial service
  • No limit on the number of copies printed for that service

Your license does not include:

  • Ownership of the template or its design
  • The right to reuse the template for future services (a new purchase is required for each service)
  • The right to share, resell, or redistribute the template
  • Guaranteed ongoing access to the Canva link after delivery (re-delivery requests within 30 days may be accommodated at our discretion; after 30 days a new purchase is required)

Customers are encouraged to save their template link immediately upon receipt.

No Refunds After Download or Access
Once your digital file or Canva link has been delivered, the purchase is considered complete and non-refundable. This applies even if you purchased the wrong item, changed your mind, need more time to get comfortable with Canva, expected different features, or are unable to print the file due to printer or vendor limitations. We encourage you to review the product description and preview carefully before purchasing, and we're always happy to answer questions beforehand.

Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue such as:

  • A corrupted file
  • A broken link
  • An incorrect file delivered
  • An error in the template itself (such as a locked element that should be editable, or a broken design element)

please contact us at hello@notedandcharmed.com within 3 days of purchase. We will repair or replace the file promptly.

This does not include issues caused by:

  • Canva platform outages
  • Canva account limitations
  • User error
  • Printer or print-shop variations

Canva Pro Elements
Noted and Charmed templates are created using free Canva elements, original artwork, and/or properly licensed assets. We do not use Canva Pro elements in our templates.

If you choose to add Canva Pro graphics, fonts, or features while editing:

  • Canva may charge you separately
  • These charges are not included in your purchase
  • We do not control or receive any portion of these charges

California Consumers
Under California law, digital goods are exempt from standard return requirements once delivered and accessed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your digital template is delivered by email shortly after purchase and therefore not eligible for cancellation or refund.

EU Customers — Digital Content Exemption
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. However, by completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the delivery of digital content by email and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Once your Canva template link has been delivered, the purchase is final and non-refundable.
