Noted & Charmed sells digital Canva templates only. No physical products are shipped. All items in our store are delivered electronically via your Canva template link.
Digital Delivery
After completing your purchase, you will receive:
- A download link on the order confirmation page
- An email containing your Canva template link
If you do not see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Processing Time
Digital orders are processed promptly after purchase. There is no production time or physical handling.
Shipping Fees
Because our products are digital, no shipping fees apply.
No Physical Shipping
We do not ship printed materials, physical products, or mail-based items. All products are delivered digitally.

If you experience a problem accessing your files (e.g., broken link or incorrect file), please contact us at hello@notedandcharmed.com within 3 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly.
