What Makes Our Done For You Service Different
Most done-for-you programs come in a fixed layout — every family gets the same pages in the same order. Ours doesn’t work that way.
Through our Program Portal, you choose from a library of more than 70 program pages and put them in exactly the order the service calls for. That includes pages made specifically for Catholic, Baptist and Protestant, Kingdom Hall, and military services — so a Funeral Mass, a homegoing celebration, a Kingdom Hall memorial, or a service with military honors each gets a program that actually follows it.

Each is delivered digitally and designed to be printed as a physical keepsake, with coordinated suites of funeral programs, guest books, prayer cards, bookmarks, and thank you cards in religious, military, floral, nature, coastal, biker, western, and many other styles.

Simple, Fair Licensing
Every template and Done For You program is licensed for one family’s memorial service. Here’s what that means in practice:
- Print as many copies as the service needs — 50, 150, or 300 programs, there’s no limit on copies for that family’s service.
- Give the family the finished program — you’re welcome to send them the final PDF, and they can share it with relatives who couldn’t attend. The editable Canva template link itself stays with you and can’t be shared.
- One purchase per family — when you’re serving a new family, simply purchase the template again (or place a new Done For You order). There’s no limit to how many times you can purchase a design you love.
- No resale or redistribution — templates can’t be resold, uploaded to a marketplace, shared as editable templates, or reused for another family’s service.

What if the service is only a few days away?
The Program Portal shows a live availability calendar, so you can see at a glance whether we can meet your service date before you order.
What if the family wants changes?
You’ll receive a proof before the program is finalized, so the family can review it and request changes.
Does anyone on our staff need design skills?
No. With Done For You, we handle the design. And if you prefer to edit a template yourself, Canva is simple enough for anyone who can type and upload a photo.
Can our funeral home order for the family?
Yes — if you have the family’s information, you can place the order on their behalf.
How is it printed?
You receive a print-ready file to print at your preferred local print shop, or to send to the family.
Can we reuse a template for another family?
Each purchase covers one family’s service, so for a new family, simply purchase the template again. See Simple, Fair Licensing above for details.
