LICENSE AGREEMENT — ONE‑TIME USE FOR ALL CUSTOMERS

This License Agreement ("Agreement") applies to all digital Canva templates and digital design products ("Products") purchased from Noted and Charmed ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using any Product, you ("you", "the customer", "the licensee") agree to the terms below.

Every template purchase includes a license for one-time use, whether you are:

An individual creating a program for a loved one
A family member or friend assisting with a service
A funeral home, church, or service provider creating a program for a client

No additional license purchase is required for this single use.

1. What You Are Allowed To Do

With each template purchase, you may:

Use the template for one client, one family, or one event
Customize the template inside Canva
Export final files (PDF, PNG, JPG)
Print the exported files for that single use

This license is valid for one single project only.

2. One License Per Use

Each template purchase includes one license.

If you wish to use the same template for another client, family, or event, you must purchase the template again.

Examples:

Creating a program for 3 different families → 3 template purchases required
Using 2 different templates for 1 service → 2 template purchases required
A funeral home serving 10 families → 10 template purchases required

This applies equally to individuals and businesses.

3. What You May NOT Do

You may not:

Reuse the template for multiple clients without purchasing it again
Share or redistribute the editable Canva template
Provide the Canva link to clients or third parties
Upload the template to any marketplace
Claim the design as your own
Use the template to create products for resale
Mass-produce or commercially reproduce the design outside the single licensed use
