Why Pages Look Out of Order
When you design in Canva, the pages are arranged for printing spreads, not reading order. Each sheet of paper is printed front and back, then folded. That’s why you’ll see pages like “8 next to 1” — once folded, everything falls into the correct order.

Quick Tips Before You Print
- Always do a test print on plain paper before printing your final copies
- Use 28 lb bright white paper for the best color and finish
- Select double-sided (duplex) printing and flip on short edge in your printer settings
- If printing at FedEx, Staples, or a local print shop, simply hand them your downloaded PDF — they’ll handle the rest
- Fold each sheet in half after printing, then nest the sheets together in order
