Choosing the Right Size for Your Program

Programs are printed on folded sheets, so sizes come in these three options. Here's what fits comfortably in each.

4-Page Keepsake

  • A simple, gentle option — front cover, back cover, and 2 inside pages.
  • Room for one main feature: usually the Order of Service, plus either the Obituary or a photo page.
  • A lovely choice when you'd like something meaningful without a lot of extra detail.

8-Page Booklet

  • Front cover, back cover, and 6 inside pages to work with.
  • Enough room for the full Order of Service, the Obituary, a two-page photo spread, and a page honoring your loved one's faith or tradition.
  • Our most popular size — enough space to tell a fuller story.

12-Page Program

  • Front cover, back cover, and 10 inside pages.
  • Plenty of room for extended readings, multiple photo pages, family tributes, and pallbearer or acknowledgment pages.
  • A wonderful option when there's a lot you want to include and honor.
The very first and very last pages of every program are always your front and back covers.

An 8-Page Program Might Include:

Good to Know

  • Most single pages (Obituary, Order of Service, a tribute) take up just one page.
  • A photo spread or a full Mass/liturgy usually needs two pages side by side.
  • This is just a starting point — every program is arranged around what matters most to your family.
These are just examples — we'll work with you to arrange the pages that mean the most to your family.

3. We Create Your Program

  • We bring everything together with care, using the pages you've chosen.
  • You'll receive your proof to review — usually within a couple of days, sooner if your service is close.

4. You Review & Approve

  • Look everything over — names, dates, spelling, the little details that matter most.
  • Let us know if anything needs adjusting. Nothing is final until you're happy with it.

5. Your Final Program

  • Once approved, we send your final file in whichever format works best for you or your printer.

We want to showcase your cherished memories clearly and beautifully. Here is how to provide your photos with ease.

📸 Preparing & Submitting Your Photos

  • Where to Send: Simply reply to your confirmation email and attach your photos — that's all it takes.
  • Pre-Formatted Collages: Our pre-formatted collage layouts show you the exact number of photos needed, so you know precisely how many to send for each selected page.
  • High-Resolution Files: Provide crisp digital files or scan physical prints at 600 DPI to ensure clear printing. Avoid text-message screenshots.
  • Proof Review First: Every photo placement is sent to you for full review and approval before final inclusion.

✨ Photo Restoration Policy

  • Explicit Request Only: We never perform photo restoration, blemish removal, or lighting alterations unless you specifically ask us to.
  • No Guarantees: Because older or damaged prints vary widely in condition, heavy photo edits carry no guarantees and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Your Approval: Any requested adjustments will always be previewed and approved by you before they are finalized in the booklet.

  • One Guided Step at a Time: After your purchase, we'll send you a link to our intake form. It walks you through everything gently — choosing your pages, then filling in the details for each one, one page at a time.
  • Nothing Left Out: The form is built to capture everything we need for your chosen pages, so nothing gets missed and you won't need to guess what to include.
  • Not Comfortable With Forms? That's completely alright. If you'd rather not use it, just reply to your confirmation email and share your details that way instead — we're happy to help however is easiest for you.

  • Standard Cover & Back Placeholders: The poems and text on the cover and back page come as flexible placeholders you can easily replace with your own words right through the form.

  • When your program is ready, we'll send it to you in Reading Order — page 1, page 2, page 3, and so on — because it's simply the easiest way to read through and check every name, date, and detail.

  • Take your time with it. Look over the spelling of names, the order of the service, and anything else that matters to you. We want you to feel completely at ease before anything is finalized.

  • Once you approve everything, we'll send your final program in whichever format works best for how you plan to print it. If you're printing at home or at a copy shop, that's usually a Print Spread — pages arranged so they fold and staple correctly.
