Commercial use add-on License

COMMERCIAL LICENSE — ONE‑TIME USE

When you purchase any digital template from Noted & Charmed, you are automatically granted a Commercial License for one-time use. This license allows you to use the template for one client, one family, or one event.

This license is included in the template price. No additional purchase is required.


1. What This License Allows

You may:

  • Use the purchased template for one client, one family, or one event

  • Customize the template inside Canva

  • Export final files (PDF, PNG, JPG)

  • Print the exported files for that single use

This license is valid for one single project only.


2. One License Per Client

Each template purchase includes one commercial use license.

If you wish to use the same template for another client or family, you must purchase the template again.

Examples:

  • Serving 3 families → 3 template purchases required

  • Using 2 different templates for 1 family → 2 template purchases required

  • Using 1 template for 10 families → 10 template purchases required


3. What You May NOT Do

You may not:

  • Reuse the template for multiple clients without purchasing it again

  • Share or redistribute the editable Canva template

  • Provide the Canva link to clients or third parties

  • Upload the template to any marketplace

  • Claim the design as your own

  • Use the template to create products for resale

  • Mass-produce or commercially reproduce the design outside the single licensed use


4. Canva Elements

Our templates use:

  • Free Canva elements

  • Original artwork created by Noted & Charmed

  • Properly licensed design assets

If you add Canva Pro elements, Canva may charge you separately. These charges are not included in your purchase.


5. Annual Unlimited License (Coming Soon)

We will soon offer an Annual Unlimited License that allows a business to use all templates for unlimited clients for one yearly fee.

This option is not yet available.
